Key Responsibilities :
To be involved into relationship building and management with the customer for sales and services of financial products of ICICI group (E.G., Online Trading Account,
Client Activation and Retention, Mutual Funds, Investment Advisory, Wealth Management)
To manage assigned client base through virtual / client visits and provide financial / investment advisory, develop new relations through referencing and other sources
To generate leads for quality NCAs and act as productive resource by meeting objectives thereby ensuring fulfillment of budgetary expectations of the organization
To be active in client engagement / reach out in assigned campaigns / activity which happens time to time for effective outcome
To deliver the desired business expectations / objectives by maintaining customer relationship
To manager customer meetings and sales process as part of his / her reporting structure
To consciously deliver support to reporting manager in increasing profitability
To conduct market research for generating business thereby adding for revenue generation
To ensure customer satisfaction through effective customer service and query handling
To explore new areas and ways to achieve productivity
To prepare and maintain MIS report
