About the Role

SWELECT Energy Systems Ltd. is looking for an experienced candidate in Channel Sales rooftop with ability to recruit and manage dealers and distributors.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Revenue Generation : Drive sales through the channel network by providing regular product and pricing updates, training, and devising a suitable Go-to market strategy and plan. Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth from assigned territories.
• Channel Development : Identify and recruit potential channel partners (installers, dealers, EPCs) for rooftop solar systems. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Training & Support : Conduct product and sales training for partners. Support partners with technical knowledge, proposals, and closing deals.
• Market Development : Gather market intelligence and competitor activity to provide feedback to internal teams. Organize or participate in local trade shows, exhibitions, and partner events to promote products.
• Performance Monitoring : Track channel performance metrics (sales volume, conversions, lead quality). Evaluate channel productivity and take corrective actions where needed.
• Coordination : Work closely with internal teams (engineering, operations, finance) to ensure smooth project execution and partner satisfaction. Coordinate logistics, order fulfillment, and post-sales support.

Qualifications

Any Degree (Preferred Diploma / BE EEE)
