Implement the complete life cycle of a Real Estate Project plan with resources and cost using Microsoft Project software, including handover and authority approvals.
Activity planning at different stages of the project, utilizing a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), in coordination with project stakeholders.
Knowledge of L1, L2, L3, and L4 levels of scheduling is preferred and will be an added advantage.
Update actuals and monitor the construction schedule every week, highlighting delays and presenting a recovery plan to the Project Head.
Prepare a 3-month look-ahead plan for the project and communicate targets to all project stakeholders and departments to ensure project requirements are aligned across functions.
Prepare and monitor catch-up schedules as and when required by the project.
Prepare & submit of Weekly & Monthly Progress reports.
Update quarterly progress reports on the RERA portal.
Prepare and maintain a delay analysis and a delay register, documenting various events that affect the project timeline regularly.
Monitor project hindrances, including rainfall-related data, and analyze the impact of these risks on project completion timelines.
Coordinate with other departments for project deliverables. (Contracts, Procurement, Design, etc.).
Prepare and track cash flow for the financial year, manpower histograms, and other relevant reports.
Prepare and track vendor onboarding and material procurement schedules.
Ability to handle contractors, consultants, and all stakeholders, ensuring smooth receivables and facilitating project progress.
Coordinate with the BIM team for project data sharing and support to ensure that project data is mapped to the BIM system.
Prepare project lessons learned documents and project close-out reports.
Perform any other responsibilities related to the Planning profile as assigned by the Project Head.
