Job Title : Software Engineer – Ruby on Rails

About the Role :

We’re looking for a passionate Software Engineer with expertise in Ruby on Rails and modern frontend technologies. This is a remote opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with talented teams, and contribute to building scalable, high-quality software products.

What You’ll Do :

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies : daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Design and build scalable backend services and dynamic UI components
  • Write clean, test-driven, and maintainable code
  • Review peer code, mentor team members, and share best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues using logs, alerts, and monitoring tools
  • Create tools and documentation to support cross-functional teams
  • Ensure coding standards and engineering practices are followed

What We’re Looking For :

  • Strong experience in Ruby on Rails, React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
  • Solid knowledge of OOP, TDD, and Git workflows
  • Ability to excel in a remote, fast-paced Agile environment
