Digital Producer Role

  • 1 year contract role to Nov 2026
  • Sydney-based with WFH days
  • $550 to $700 p / d inclusive of Super based on experience

Are you ready to own the digital experience for a fast-growing, high-energy mobile brand that loves to challenge the status quo?

Our client is seeking a results-driven Digital Producer to be the driving force behind web and mobile app platforms. You won't just maintain; you'll build, optimise, and own the roadmap that delivers seamless digital experiences and drives significant e-commerce growth.

ROLE

Join a dynamic and collaborative team environment where you have the autonomy to make a genuine impact, and you will be the central hub for our core digital assets, focusing on acquisition and customer experience :

  • E-commerce & App Management : Own the project management and implementation roadmap for the main consumer website and customer mobile app.
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) : Develop and execute the CRO strategy, leading A / B testing and usability efforts to eliminate friction and boost sales and conversion rates.
  • SEO Mastery : Drive organic traffic through technical audits, content strategy based on keyword research, and managing external agency partners.
  • Content Delivery : Take polished Figma designs and translate them into production formats, managing the CMS (specifically AEM experience is required) to align content with tactical marketing campaigns.
  • Drive significant growth in E-commerce sales and conversion rate .
  • YOU

  • Proven expertise and creative flair for website and app production
  • Experience in developing and implementing SEO and CRO strategies .
  • Technical fluency : A strong understanding of CMS (AEM is essential) , servers, and backend infrastructure to effectively liaise with development and DevOps teams.
  • A track record of using Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ContentSquare, Hotjar) to derive actionable insights and inform the roadmap.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills , with the ability to balance the competing priorities of marketing, legal, finance, and technical teams.
