Job description

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Success Associates to support our domestic Health, Motor, and Life Insurance processes . The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi and a strong ability to engage with customers to drive satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions via call, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist customers with queries related to insurance products—Health, Motor & Life.
  • Provide accurate product information and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend relevant insurance solutions.
  • Maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
  • Meet performance metrics including quality, productivity, and compliance.

Required Skill Set

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi .
  • Clear speech with no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tone Influence) .
  • Strong grammar, articulation, and pronunciation.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to handle queries patiently.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to multitask.
  • Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
  • Experience

  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Preferred : Experience in insurance operations, customer service, or sales; strong sales acumen
