Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a digital solutions agency in Dubai.  Our client is looking for a skilled .NET Developer with strong expertise in developing and supporting e-commerce platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for building high-performance web applications, integrating third-party services, and delivering seamless online shopping experiences. You will collaborate closely with senior developers, designers, and QA engineers while taking ownership of specific modules and features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain ASP.NET Core / MVC-based e-commerce applications.
  • Implement and integrate RESTful APIs for payment gateways, logistics, and third-party services.
  • Design and optimize databases using SQL Server, Entity Framework, and LINQ.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate back-end services with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or similar).
  • Ensure application security, scalability, and performance for high-traffic e-commerce platforms.
  • Conduct and participate in code reviews, maintaining adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues with minimal downtime.
  • Work with senior developers on architectural improvements and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a .NET Developer with exposure to e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in ASP.NET Core, MVC, C#, and RESTful APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, and LINQ.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or similar).
  • Knowledge of application security, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
