She Heals is a women-led wellness brand building India’s first holistic platform for Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, and Hormonal Health — combining yoga, nutrition, emotional healing, and functional medicine. We’re on a mission to make evidence-based hormonal healing accessible, relatable, and truly life-changing.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Growth Manager who lives at the intersection of creativity, data, and empathy — someone who can translate women’s health stories into meaningful digital growth. This role will directly contribute to scaling She Heals’ impact across digital platforms, campaigns, and conversions.

What You’ll Do

• Grow our Instagram & LinkedIn presence organically through consistent, insight-led content.
• Run experiments on paid campaigns — test ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to drive conversions.
• Design and oversee creatives using Canva (and freelancers when needed).
• Manage & optimize WordPress landing pages for performance and clarity.
• Track, report, and iterate based on growth metrics — engagement, reach, CTR, CAC, LTV, and lead quality.
• Work closely with the Founder and team to plan monthly campaigns , launches, and workshops.
• Explore collaboration opportunities with influencers, doctors, and wellness partners.
