Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage end-to-end operations within the US Healthcare process to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee daily team performance and ensure compliance with SLAs, quality, and productivity standards.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor team leaders and associates to build high-performing teams.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, data security, and organizational policies.
- Provide strategic inputs, analyze key metrics, and present performance reports to senior management.
Experience : Proven experience as a Manager or Deputy Manager in US Healthcare operations with strong expertise in team management and process excellence
Qualification : Graduate (Any discipline)
