Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant

Minimum 2 end to end Implementation experience in Oracle SCM Cloud from Business workship to UAT / Cut over. Good exposure to Order management Module ,. Order to Cash process complete process flow design and implementation experience.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant (Order Management OM) with 68 years of experience to lead and support end-to-end Oracle SCM Cloud implementations. The role requires deep expertise in Order Management (OM) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes, including solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional background, proven implementation experience (minimum 2 full-cycle projects), and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle SCM Cloud implementations from business workshops to UAT and cutover.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Order Management and O2C processes.
• Design and configure solutions in Oracle SCM Cloud Order Management (OM), ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Develop and validate process flows, functional specifications, and solution blueprints.
• Support data migration, integration design, and validation activities.
• Define and execute test scenarios, UAT scripts, and validation plans for OM and O2C processes.
• Support cutover planning and execution, ensuring smooth transition to production.
• Troubleshoot functional issues during SIT / UAT phases and provide resolutions.
• Conduct business workshops, CRP (Conference Room Pilots), and design walkthroughs with business users.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Logistics, IT) to ensure smooth integration of O2C processes.
• Act as the primary functional SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Oracle OM Cloud.
• Provide post-go-live functional support and resolve issues in OM and O2C processes.
• Propose process improvements and system enhancements to optimize performance.
• Document lessons learned and contribute to knowledge-sharing across teams.
