Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head - Retail Merchandising. We are looking to build AI-first and tech-led replenishment function as well as take current retail merch operations to next level. The role involves managing and optimizing retail merchandizing operations to ensure right merchandize and execution at each store for achieving growth targets.

Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business strategies, analyzing sales data to make informed decisions, and ensuring right SKU as store to meet customer demand. The role also entails leading a team to drive excellence in retail merchandising and improve overall store performance as well as coordinating closely with merch product & dev pods to drive and build next-gen replenishment platforms.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of Work experience in High growth & Challenging Environment (Start-ups, Retail etc.)
• Prefer MBA with B.Tech. or UG in Data / Analytics focussed domain
• Looking for candidates with strong problem-solving skills who can think tech / product backward and drive execution at scale (also open to candidates without prior retail mech. experience)
• Prior experience in merchandising or retail leadership roles is preferred
• Prior expeience in Product and AI is preffered
• Strong Business Planning and Analytical Skills, Ability to lead teams effectively and excellent communication skills
