Information Technology Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

IT Executive

managing and supporting the day-to-day IT infrastructure of the organization. This role ensures smooth operation of hardware, software, network systems, and provides technical support to employees, enhancing productivity and ensuring IT security.

Responsibilities :

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, servers, network devices (routers, switches, firewalls), and printers.

Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems for end-users.

Manage vendor relationships for hardware and software procurement and support.

Basic knowledge of IT systems (Windows, MS Office, networking fundamentals).

Familiarity with productivity tools like Google Workspace / Microsoft 365

Assist in executing daily technical operations and routine system tasks.

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for critical IT tasks.

Prepare periodic reports on IT performance, issues, and improvements.

Assist in setting up new workstations and ensure hardware / software compliance.

Maintain documentation of IT assets, licenses, warranties, and service contracts.

Skills / Qualification :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, BCA, MCA, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in a technical support or operations role.

Strong Knowledge of IT systems, software applications, and networking fundamentals.

Expertise in IT infrastructure, network security and handling IT related issues.

Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
