Job description

Key & Team Management :

  • Lead and develop a large sales team, including Team Leaders, Managers, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and equipped to excel.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance and productivity.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members to ensure a high-performing workforce.

Sales Strategy & Execution :

  • Drive sales performance to meet and exceed targets within the Surgery Care sector.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute lead generation strategies.
  • Work with the product team to identify and prioritize high-potential leads from the app for conversion.
  • Implement strategies to improve lead conversion rates and optimize sales processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration :

  • Partner with Business, Quality, Training, Operations, Product, Analytics, and Network teams to build and enhance the Surgery Care team and processes.
  • Ensure alignment between sales objectives and organizational goals through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting :

  • Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion, and team progress to senior management.
  • Quality & Compliance :

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements within the sales process.
  • Address any quality issues or concerns promptly and Proven experience managing large sales teams, preferably in a health tech
  • Demonstrated success in delivering high Average Order Value (AOV) products and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience working with marketing teams to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Strong track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, quality, and operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and performance improvements.
  • Strong understanding of quality management and compliance standards.
