About Our CLIENT :

Our client creates a unique play-and-learn environment for children aged 0-7. Their specially designed zones encourage children to develop physical, cognitive, and social skills while promoting bonding time between parents and kids. Safety and comfort are the top priorities, ensuring a secure environment for all.

Position : Venue Manager

She will be responsible for ensuring a remarkable guest experience , leading the team to embody company culture and values, and achieving all financial and operational objectives .

Her responsibilities will include :

Guest Experience
People & Culture
Safety
Financial
Operations

PRIOR EXPERIENCE

She should have minimum of 3 years of management experience.

She must have a proven track record of focusing on customer service and operational excellence.

She should have demonstrated strong leadership in coaching, mentoring, and team building.

She must have experience in commercial and financial management, including cost control.

She must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

A First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).

If she has an experience in children&aposs education or enrichment is a plus.

She should be passionate about working with children and creating a fun environment.
