Location : Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Project Duration : 3 Years

Input Requirement : Full-Time

Experts Required : 1. Team Leader

Graduate in Civil Engineering + Master’s in Civil / Construction Management.
20+ years of professional experience, including 10+ years in consultancy services (PMC / GC) for building or infrastructure projects

2. Contract Expert

Graduate in Civil Engineering + Master’s in Civil / Construction Management

18+ years of experience in contract management, tendering, and procurement for construction or infrastructure projects

3. Chief Architect

Graduate in Architecture + Master’s in Architecture

18+ years of experience in architectural design, planning, and coordination for urban development, buildings, infrastructure projects.

4. Structure Expert

Graduate in Civil Engineering + Master’s in Structural Engineering

18+ years of experience in structural analysis and design, including 10+ years in designing buildings or infrastructure projects.

5. Resident Engineers

Graduate in Civil Engineering + Master’s in Construction Management

15+ years of experience in site supervision, execution, and coordination of building or infrastructure works, with 8+ years in execution

6. Chief QA / QC Engineer

Graduate in Civil Engineering + Master’s in Civil / Construction Management

15+ years of experience in quality assurance and control, including 8+ years in QA / QC for construction or infrastructure projects.

7. Chief EHS Engineer

Graduate in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering + PG Diploma + Master’s in Industrial Safety

15+ years of experience in environmental, health, and safety management, including 8+ years in safety compliance for building or infrastructure projects.
