Oracle Apps OTM Functional Consultant

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Gather and analyze business requirements related to transportation and logistics.

Configure OTM modules including

Order Management ,

Shipment Planning ,

Execution , and

Freight Payment .

Design and implement transportation workflows and planning parameters.

Collaborate with technical teams for integration (XML, EDI) with ERP systems like Oracle EBS or Fusion.

Conduct functional testing, UAT, and provide end-user training.

Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in OTM.

Prepare documentation for configurations and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Strong functional knowledge of

Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) .

Hands-on experience in configuring OTM domains, locations, service providers, rates, and planning parameters.

Understanding of transportation processes :

order management ,

shipment planning ,

tendering , and

tracking .

Experience in ERP integration (Oracle EBS / Fusion preferred).

Good communication and client interaction skills.

Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Nice to Have :

Knowledge of OTM reporting tools and analytics.

Exposure to global transportation processes and compliance.
