  • The team keeps evolving its support to nonprofits based on the changing needs on the ground and from communities across all sectors.
  • The Opportunity :

  • The Consultant will lead the Account Management function for current and past NA clients within the Sales Department.
  • The role will focus on anchoring account strategies, driving client engagement, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to strengthen long-term client partnerships.
  • The SC will work closely with project teams and other advisory units to identify opportunities, ensure account growth, and deliver value to clients.
  • Strategic Account Leadership :

  • Anchor the overall strategy for account management, including designing and leading key activities.
  • Identify and prioritize key accounts in NA, creating tailored account management plans.
  • Drive the implementation of account management plans, ensuring consistent engagement and delivery.
  • Business Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration. Partner with Project Leads to identify Class A and B opportunities within ongoing delivery projects.
  • Partner with the Corporate Advisory team to identify and facilitate strategic opportunities for key accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Family Philanthropy Advisory team to align initiatives and uncover opportunities.
  • Work with the Foundations Advisory team to leverage synergies and build meaningful relationships.
  • Client Engagement & Visibility - Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify opportunities for key clients to participate in high-impact events and provide client support during participation.
  • Work with Marketing to share reports of interest with key clients.
  • Partner with the IPN team to identify events relevant to key accounts and facilitate their involvement.
  • Account Monitoring & Intelligence - Track and maintain key updates on grants and donations made by accounts, ensuring the organization remains informed and 4-6 years in sales operations, account management, client servicing, or sales strategy, preferably in consulting, philanthropy, or advisory services.
  • Expertise : Strong understanding of account planning, business development, and stakeholder management.
  • Collaboration : Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams (advisory, marketing, project delivery).
