Role : Salesforce Service Cloud Voice Developer

Exp : 5+ Years

Type : Contract

  • Hands-on development experience in :
  • AWS Lambda
  • Amazon Connect
  • Amazon Lex
  • Strong Service Cloud Voice (SFSVC) implementation experience
  • Familiarity with IVR / telephony integrations using AWS
  • Strong coding skills and ability to build custom connectors and integrations

Responsibilities

  • Implement Salesforce Service Cloud Voice functionality with AWS backend integrations
  • Build, test, and deploy AWS Lambda functions supporting Amazon Connect flows
  • Work with the technical architect to deliver the contact center transformation
  • Troubleshoot and optimize integrations for performance and reliability
