About the Role

Main Responsibilities :

• Craft integrations and new features in JavaScript / TypeScript (40%).
• Deploy, monitor and fine-tune conversational agents for large-scale home-service companies (60%).
• Troubleshoot production issues, own root-cause analysis and ship fixes quickly.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to roll out enhancements that drive conversion KPIs.
• Proven knack for debugging and technical support in SaaS environments.
• Fluency in JavaScript & TypeScript (Node.js or browser).
• Sharp analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Clear communication with B2B clients.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
