We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing, configuring, and delivering Oracle HCM Cloud Recruitment solutions, successfully driving at least 3–4 end-to-end implementations on Recruitment as a primary module.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud Recruitment solutions from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.

Configure, test, and deploy Recruitment functionalities (recruitment cycle, requisition approvals, recruiting analytics).

Engage with business teams to optimize recruitment processes through Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities.

Provide knowledge transfer and training to client HR teams.

Requirements :

3–4 end-to-end implementations in Cloud Recruitment as primary, and at least 2 in secondary HCM modules.

Strong experience with candidate management, requisition process, and reporting.

Exposure to UK projects preferred with hands-on HR process automation knowledge.

Oracle Cloud Learning Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for an Oracle Cloud Learning Consultant with extensive implementation experience. You will be responsible for delivering Oracle HCM Cloud Learning solutions by aligning with client learning and talent management strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end implementations in Oracle Learning Cloud.

Configure eLearning, compliance training, course catalogs, and mobile learning.

Implement learning plans, training compliance, and reporting.

Collaborate with clients to design scalable learning processes.

Requirements :

Minimum 3–4 full lifecycle implementations in Oracle Cloud Learning and 2 in related HCM Cloud modules (Talent / Performance, Recruitment, etc.).

Strong expertise in training compliance, content management, and learning analytics.

UK project exposure preferred.

Oracle Cloud Talent Management, Career Planning & Performance

Job Description

We are seeking an Oracle Cloud Talent Management Consultant specializing in career and performance management. The role involves designing, configuring, and implementing talent development solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage full functionality design and implementation of Oracle Cloud Talent Management, Career Development, and Performance modules.

Build career frameworks, talent pools, performance reviews, and goal management.

Work with HR leaders to align system functionality with talent strategy.

Requirements :

3–4 end-to-end implementations in Talent / Performance / Career Planning modules as primary.

2 implementations in secondary HCM Cloud modules (e.g., Learning, Recruitment).

UK HCM transformation project exposure is highly desirable.

Oracle Cloud Payroll (UK Payroll)

Job Description

Looking for an Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Payroll implementations, particularly with UK payroll complexities.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver complete Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions with compliance to HMRC (RTI, pension auto-enrolment, taxation).

Configure payroll processes including earnings, deductions, and statutory reporting.

Engage with UK client stakeholders to align payroll strategy with Oracle functionality.

Requirements :

At least 3–4 end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations (UK Payroll required).

2 implementations in a secondary HCM module (like Core HR or Absence).

In-depth knowledge of UK statutory rules and payroll regulatory framework.

Oracle Cloud Helpdesk Consultant

Job Description

We are hiring an Oracle Cloud Helpdesk Consultant to design and implement HR Service Delivery solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead full cycle implementations of Oracle HR Helpdesk.

Configure ticket workflows, service request handling, and escalation rules.

Integrate with knowledge management and self-service tools.

Requirements :

3–4 end-to-end implementations in Helpdesk and at least 2 implementations in other modules (Core HR / Payroll / Talent).

Strong expertise in troubleshooting HR service requests.

UK HR operations hands-on exposure preferred.
