About the Role

We are seeking a Software Development Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning Aura Components to design, develop, and maintain high-performance Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with client requirements.

This role offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative Salesforce implementations while becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Lightning Aura development.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze, design, code, and test application components across multiple client projects.
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Salesforce applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Actively participate in team discussions, contributing ideas and solutions for ongoing projects.
Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Document technical specifications, design approaches, and application features for future reference.
Provide mentorship and support to junior developers when needed.

Required Technical Skills

✅ Must Have Skills

Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Aura Components (LWC) .

Strong understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle and best practices.

Expertise in Apex , SOQL , and Salesforce configuration / customization .

Experience in debugging , unit testing , and performance optimization .

⭐ Good to Have Skills

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Development (Apex Triggers, Visualforce, Flows) .

Familiarity with version control systems such as Git .

Understanding of Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and integration frameworks.

Knowledge of Agile / Scrum development methodologies.
