To accelerate our growth, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can design, execute, and optimize B2B lead generation campaigns across digital channels — especially LinkedIn, email marketing, and content marketing.
Role Overview
As our Digital Marketing Specialist , you’ll own the strategy and execution of campaigns that generate high-quality leads for both our Recruitment and Finance Outsourcing services.
You’ll manage digital funnels from awareness to conversion, collaborate with sales teams on lead nurturing, and use data-driven insights to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities
🎯 B2B Lead Generation
- Develop and manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and email automation .
- Build and optimize landing pages and lead magnets (eBooks, webinars, case studies) targeting HR leaders, CFOs, and business owners.
- Implement LinkedIn outreach campaigns using Sales Navigator and marketing automation tools.
- Create targeted content (posts, whitepapers, newsletters) that attract qualified B2B audiences.
- Segment and nurture leads through CRM and marketing automation workflows (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, ActiveCampaign).
📈 Digital Campaign Management
Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns for brand visibility and inbound leads .Optimize ad spend and targeting to ensure cost-effective CPL (Cost per Lead).Monitor campaign performance and report weekly / monthly KPIs (CTR, conversion rate, MQL, ROI).💬 Content & Social Media Marketing
Develop and manage LinkedIn content calendars to engage recruitment and finance decision-makers.Collaborate with internal recruiters and finance experts to produce thought leadership content.Repurpose content for different platforms and ensure consistency in tone, branding, and messaging.🔍 Analytics & Optimization
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, etc.) to measure and improve campaign effectiveness.A / B test creatives, landing pages, and messaging to improve conversions.Deliver regular performance reports and actionable insights to leadership.Requirements
✅ Must Have
3+ years’ experience in B2B digital marketing or lead generation , ideally within recruitment, staffing, or professional services.Proven track record in running LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns with measurable ROI.Strong understanding of B2B funnels, nurturing workflows, and CRM systems .Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English.Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar).Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Lemlist, etc.).💡 Nice to Have
Background in recruitment marketing or finance / accounting services marketing .Familiarity with SEO and content marketing best practices.Experience managing freelancers or agencies for content, ads, or design.Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, or similar) for social posts and visuals.Experience in B2B Lead generation platforms such as Apollo.io, listkit, etc.
