โ About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Retention & Customer Success who will own :

๐ Repeat recharges
๐ฏ Win-backs
๐ Customer value
๐ฐ LTV
๐ NPS & CSAT
๐ Reducing churn
You will lead the team that ensures every SME who buys from us becomes a long-term, active, recharging customer.
๐ฅ This is a high-impact leadership role.
โ Key Responsibilities
Activation (0โ7 Days)
๐ ๏ธ Ensure every new customer completes onboarding and sends their first campaign.
๐ Build onboarding playbooks and templates.
Retention & Revenue
๐ Grow repeat recharge rate from 5% โ 20%.
๐ Build retention journeys, lifecycle flows, upsell / cross-sell processes.
Win-back Engine
โป๏ธ Recover 30 / 60 / 90-day inactive customers.
๐ฌ Run offers, nudges, outreach, and personalized campaigns.
Team Leadership
๐ฅ Build and manage a team of Retention Executives, Onboarding Specialists, and Win-back reps.
๐ Run daily / weekly metrics reviews.
Customer Insights & Product Feedback
๐ Identify churn drivers and work with Product / Tech to fix them.
๐ Share weekly customer insights with leadership.
Automation & Process
โก Implement low-balance alerts, seasonal flows, festival campaigns, and win-back automation in partnership with Tech.

๐น Experience with SaaS, CPaaS, fintech, CRM, or SME products
๐น Strong analytical skills

๐น Has built / managed a team
๐น Highly operational and process-driven

โ Compensation
๐ฐ Upto โน70,000 / month
๐ฏ Performance bonuses based on retention KPIs and recharge revenue.
