We’re looking for a Product Solutions Engineer in India who combines strong backend engineering skills with product thinking and customer-facing capabilities. You will serve as the technical bridge between our customers, product, and engineering teams — designing, implementing, and supporting solutions that bring real business impact.

This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who enjoys both coding and collaborating directly with customers to shape product direction.

Responsibility

• Work closely with customers to understand requirements and design technical solutions using Astra - Wati’s latest AI Agent platform.
• Build, customize, and integrate APIs, microservices, and automation workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate customer needs into product improvements.
• Deliver product demos, POCs, and technical workshops to enterprise clients.
• Debug and resolve technical issues in production environments.
• Contribute to technical documentation, best practices, and internal tooling.
