Freelance Consultant- Project Manager

Our client, a leading American multinational manufacturer of confectionery and pet food, is looking for a Project Lead / Manager for delivering a portfolio of business critical and complex business projects through cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities :

 Lead & facilitate execution of Projects - Growth, Strategic Initiatives, VL of multiple Brands.

 Maintain accurate records & documentation of discussion points aligned in ATG.

 Create & manage the project timelines basis project complexity & assign stake holders post alignment.

 Build and lead effective project teams, and problem solving while managing or supporting projects

 Track and monitor projects from new products development through to execution

 Demonstrate ownership for Continuous Improvement

 Develop collaborative relationships across all stakeholder and project teams using organizational agility &

conflict management skills to proactively manage and mitigate issues

 Communicate with key stakeholder communities ensuring transparency to project status, issues and

recommendations

 Communicate effectively – Provide clear instructions & align actions with ATG members

 Manage back-end readiness of Projects with the core team – Codes readiness, BOM update

 Maintaining data in PPM tool as per gate progression for accurate sufficiency.
