We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Recruiter to manage the end-to-end process of sourcing, vetting, and supplying qualified drivers to our Australian logistics clientele. This is a critical role that connects top driver talent with national transport companies.

Job Timings : 04 : 00 AM to 01 : 00 PM
Please Note : This is an office-based role operating from our Ahmedabad, India facility. You will be working strictly within Australian business hours (AEST / AEDT) to effectively liaise with the Australian market.
Responsibilities :
1. Driver Interviewing & Vetting
Candidate Hunting & Screening : Actively source, screen, and assess professional Heavy Vehicle (HV) drivers through job boards, social media, and internal databases to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Effective Interviewing : Conduct thorough interviews to clearly identify and document the driver's skillset, license classification, experience (e.g., local, linehaul, refrigerated transport), and relevant industry endorsements.
Filtering & Selection : Apply rigorous filtering criteria to ensure only suitable and reliable candidates are advanced, aligning their expertise with the high standards required by Australian national carriers, thus finding the right candidate for placement.
2. Document Handling & Compliance
Document Management : Meticulously collect, verify, and handle all necessary driver documentation, including licenses, medical reports, police checks, driving records, and work rights.
Data Management : Ensure all driver details, identified skills, and compliance documentation are accurately and promptly entered into our centralised database.
Maintenance : Proactively manage the document expiry dates for all drivers in the dataset to ensure continuous compliance.
3. Client & Placement Management
Market Outreach : Systematically approach and communicate with nationalised freight carrier companies and major transport logistics companies across Australia.
Opportunity Matching : Identify client job openings, understand their specific requirements (e.g., vehicle type, shift times, duration), and efficiently match them with the suitable drivers from our vetted dataset.
Supply Coordination : Coordinate the supply of drivers and act as the primary liaison between the driver and the client during the placement process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience : Proven experience (2+ years) in high-volume recruitment, preferably within the logistics, transport, or staffing industry.
Recruitment Expertise : Demonstrated proficiency in the full recruitment cycle, including interviewing, screening, filtering, and professional document handling.
Logistics Knowledge : A strong understanding of the Australian Heavy Vehicle (HV) license classifications (MC, HC, HR, etc.) and industry terminology is highly advantageous.
Attention to Detail : Exceptional organisational and document handling skills are non-negotiable for maintaining compliance and accuracy.
Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate information to both drivers and professional clients.
Availability : Must be willing to work Australian business hours (AEST / AEDT) from our Ahmedabad office.
