Role Description

This is a full time role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves conducting sales activities, managing customer relationships, delivering training sessions, and overseeing sales management tasks. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will also be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Consistently achieve or surpass assigned sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and follow-ups.
• Pitch and sell products / services to potential customers with a clear value proposition.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle : lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, closing deals, and after-sales support.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and competitor offerings.
