Job description

The purpose of the role is to lead a development team and carefully analyzing the project to fulfil the requirement system wide. Developing the detailed design structure after understanding the requirements and implementing the best practices and coding standards of the project. Tech Manager must also assist and guide the PM / BA in project coordination and should also work on constantly increasing the productivity of the team and reducing the waste on the other end. Tech Manager should inspire all the other team members and keep on asking for the reviews and feedback from the peers.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance
Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
Write well designed, testable, efficient code
Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
Prepare and produce releases of software components
Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review

Key Skills :

Software development life cycle

Technologies - Java, J2EE, REST, SOAP, Oracle, Spring, Hibernate

Strong in java basics inclusive of OOPS, Thread management and memory optimization.

Ability to take on ownership of large projects in very dynamic and adaptive environment.
