Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in sales or relationship management.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote banking products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling banking products and services.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong client relationships.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to identify new business opportunities.

Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
