Role Overview :
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic advisor and operational partner to business leaders, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with organizational goals. This role demands strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, matrix environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic HR Partnership
Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational priorities and design HR strategies that drive performance and engagement.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions with data-driven insights.
Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage end-to-end Performance Management Cycle (goal setting, mid-year reviews, appraisals).
Drive Employee Engagement initiatives from design to execution, ensuring measurable impact.
Implement attrition management strategies and retention plans.
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate HR records and reporting through HRMS platforms (Workday, SAP, Zoho, etc.).
Prepare and manage HR budgets, including cost optimization initiatives.
Talent & Capability Development
Partner with Talent Acquisition for workforce planning and hiring strategies.
Support learning and development programs aligned with business needs.
CSR & Culture Building
Lead Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and cultural interventions.
Analytics & Reporting
Use advanced Excel skills for HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting.
Create impactful presentation decks for leadership reviews and HR updates.
Required Skills & Competencies :
Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication; excellent email etiquette.
Stakeholder Management : Proven ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders in a matrix structure.
Technical Skills :
Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards).
Proficiency in HRMS tools (Workday, SAP, Zoho, or similar).
Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint).
HR Expertise :
Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Attrition Management.
Budgeting and CSR program execution.
Solid grounding in labour laws and compliance.
Behavioural :
Mature, presentable, and professional demeanour.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Flexibility to work in different shifts if required.
Qualifications :
Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field from a reputed HR institution.
Minimum 6–10 years of HR experience, preferably in Real Estate, Engineering, or Manufacturing sectors.
Experience managing an employee base of 700+ and multiple stakeholders.
