Job descriptionDrive quality lead generation through multi-channel campaigns (social media, email, WhatsApp, webinars, portals, and paid promotions). Establish and monitor lead conversion KPIs, ensuring smooth transition and follow-up with the Sales team. Track and analyze performance metrics to improve conversion ratios and ROI. Oversee customer segmentation, profiling, and engagement using CRM (SAP). Ensure regular updates of customer data, campaign tagging, and response tracking. Monitor customer interactions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Leverage AI and automation tools for campaign optimization and personalization. Lead development of high-quality content (blogs, social posts, success stories, newsletters, videos, product showcases). Run targeted email / WhatsApp campaigns to prospects and existing customers. Monitor and report on digital engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, followers, click-through rates). Collaborate with Vertical Managers and Corporate Communication to drive brand-building initiatives such as webinars, exhibitions, seminars, and product launches. Guide creation of promotional materials (catalogs, flyers, product performance videos, success stories). Oversee website updates, social media presence, and customer engagement activities to strengthen brand visibility. Track brand sentiment through surveys, feedback, and online reviews. Conduct competitor benchmarking, industry trend analysis, and customer insights to refine marketing strategy. Track customer satisfaction levels post-installation, services, and training to provide actionable insights. Present periodic reports and recommendations to senior management on marketing effectiveness and improvement areas. MBA in Marketing or equivalent advanced degree preferred. 6 TO 10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B, engineering, or industrial automation sectors. Strong knowledge of CRM systems (SAP preferred), social media management, and digital analytics tools. Hands-on experience in AI-based marketing automation tools. Proven ability to manage campaigns, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Specialist - Digital Marketing
Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead and oversee all digital marketing initiatives for the Drives & Automation Division. The role is responsible for strengthening the divisions brand presence, driving lead generation, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting business growth through effective marketing strategies. The position requires close collaboration with Sales, Vertical Managers, Application Teams, and Corporate Communications to ensure marketing efforts translate into measurable business outcomes.

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, sales targets, and brand positioning.
- Manage the marketing calendar, campaigns, and initiatives across multiple digital channels.
- Supervise, mentor, and guide digital marketing team members (if applicable) to ensure timely and impactful execution.
