Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead and oversee all digital marketing initiatives for the Drives & Automation Division. The role is responsible for strengthening the divisions brand presence, driving lead generation, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting business growth through effective marketing strategies. The position requires close collaboration with Sales, Vertical Managers, Application Teams, and Corporate Communications to ensure marketing efforts translate into measurable business outcomes.

Key Planning & Management

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, sales targets, and brand positioning.
• Manage the marketing calendar, campaigns, and initiatives across multiple digital channels.
• Supervise, mentor, and guide digital marketing team members (if applicable) to ensure timely and impactful execution.
