You'll be the engine that fuels our initial growth, working directly with the founder on everything that drives revenue.Your Mission : The 4 Pillars of GrowthThis isn't a coffee-fetching gig. You'll be executing real GTM strategies across four critical areas : 1. The Hunt (Cold Calling & Outreach)Action : Execute high-volume, personalized cold calls and emails to target prospects.What You'll Master : Prospecting, objection handling, and articulating complex value propositions on the fly.2. The Spotlight (Ads & Campaigns)Action : Assist in setting up, tracking, and optimizing paid ad campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads).What You'll Master : Digital ad basics, A / B testing, and campaign performance analysis.3. The Engine Room (Automations)Action : Help design and implement workflow automations (using tools like Zapier and CRM sequences) to make our GTM machine run faster and smarter.What You'll Master : Sales Ops, system integration, and efficiency hacking.4. The Inner Circle (Shadowing)Action : Attend key strategic meetings, external client pitches, and internal product reviews directly alongside the Founder.What You'll Master : High-level business strategy, negotiation tactics, and startup decision-making in real-time.✅ You've Got the Goods If...You're GRITTY .
