Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for Salesforce solutions.
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with client needs, ensuring optimal use of Salesforce capabilities.
• Develop and customize Salesforce features, including Apex coding, Lightning components (Aura and LWC), Visualforce pages, and SOQL / SOSL.
• Configure Salesforce features such as workflows, process builders, validation rules, and sharing rules.
• Design and develop Salesforce integrations using REST / SOAP APIs, integration procedures, and data migration tools.
• Implement Vlocity telecommunication modules, including Omniscripts, Data Raptors, Cards, and Integration Procedures.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce test classes adhering to industry standards.
• Deploy solutions using tools like ANT Migration, Workbench, Jenkins, and Copado.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure successful Salesforce implementations, meeting business and technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Salesforce environments.
