The consultant will work closely with HR, Payroll, and business teams to gather requirements, design workflows, configure UKG modules, and support system implementations and enhancements.Location : India (Remote)Shift- Australia (5 am - 2 pm IST - Remote)Type : Contract ( 3 +3 months, extendable)Experience : 8+ yearsKey ResponsibilitiesWork with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Workforce Management processes.Configure UKG modules including : UKG Pro (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent)UKG Dimensions (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals)Workforce Central (Time & Labor, Attendance)Support implementation activities such as data mapping, validation, testing, and go-live preparation.Conduct functional testing, UAT coordination, and issue resolution.Develop functional specifications for integration or customization needs.Provide end-user training, system demos, and functional documentation.Partner with technical teams on interface workflows, data loads, and system enhancements.Troubleshoot functional issues and ensure timely resolution of process or configuration gaps.Ensure compliance with HR / Payroll regulations and internal company policies.Required Skills4–8 years of experience as a UKG Functional Consultant (UKG Pro / UKG Dimensions / Workforce Central).Hands-on experience in configuring HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, Attendance, or Scheduling modules.Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll cycles, time & labor rules, accruals, and compliance requirements.Experience conducting workshops, gathering business requirements, and converting them into system configurations.Ability to create functional documentation, test scripts, process maps, and training materials.Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Good to HaveExperience in UKG Ready.Exposure to integration concepts (APIs, SFTP, flat file data flows) — functional understanding only.Experience with other HRIS systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM .Previous involvement in full-cycle UKG implementations.UKG Functional certifications.WHAT’S ON OFFER : You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
