Chartered Accountant - US Accounting (Day Shift)

Job Timings : 10 AM - 7 PM

Salary : Upto 6 LPA

Work Mode : Work From Office

About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fresher Chartered Accountant to join our US Accounting team . The role involves supporting accounting cleanup, month-end closing activities, reconciliations, and reporting processes for US-based clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified CA looking to build a strong foundation in US GAAP , QuickBooks Online (QBO) , and international accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in accounting cleanup by reviewing and correcting historical data, classifications, and reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes — including journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and review bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and intercompany transactions .
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies.
• Collaborate with senior accountants and US client teams to address accounting discrepancies.
• Assist in generating financial reports and management dashboards.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline accounting workflows.
