We’re Hiring — Head Chef | Izakaya & Modern Japanese / Asian

📍 Gurgaon (HQ27) | Full-Time

We’re expanding our hospitality group with a new Modern Japanese Izakaya & Teppanyaki space in Gurgaon, and we’re looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen and build the team from ground up.

You should have :

• Strong experience in Izakaya / Modern Japanese-Asian / Teppanyaki kitchens
• Ability to lead, train & mentor a team
• Respect for technique, ingredients & balance of flavour
• A creative approach towards menu development and seasonal edits

About the Concept :

This project is an extension of our existing Japanese restaurant in Delhi , carrying forward the same philosophy of craft, precision and warm hospitality — now with a fresh identity and room to create.
