Service Engineer

Job descriptionDiploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. 2–5 years of experience in servicing industrial machinery (preferably in pharma, packaging, or automation). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. Willingness to travel across India and internationally. Knowledge of export documentation and service protocols is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Install, commission, and maintain capital equipment at customer sites (pharma and non-pharma).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams.
- Document service activities, prepare reports, and maintain service logs.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Travel internationally to support export clients and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
