The company was founded in 2017 by Sumesh R Nair (CEO) and Abhay Gupta (COO).

Roles and Responsibilities

Build and grow partnerships with corporates across sectors for hiring

Drive closures for open mandates and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Develop trusted relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition leaders and business teams.

Provide a smooth experience : from requirement gathering to final hiring.

Ensure high partner satisfaction and repeat engagements.
