Roles & responsibilities :
The Associate Director position for Centralized Monitoring Team will be responsible for the day-to-day operational oversight and execution of monitoring activities delivered by the offshore team supporting the Global Risk Monitoring Group (GRMG) in Global Quality and Risk Management (GQRM). Further the key element of the role would be to understand, articulate, storyboard and present issues and project plans to senior leadership across the organization.
This role requires flexibility to work across US time zones, including early mornings or late evenings to effectively collaborate with the team based in the US.
The Associate Director ensures effective functioning and delivery of targeted monitoring programs, including supporting collaboration across various GRM teams. This role serves as a link between senior GRM leadership and KDN operational team to maintain quality, efficiency, and compliance.
