GIS / MIS Operator

Qualifications

Graduate in Computer Science.

3 years’ in relevant field. Experience in implementation of GIS / MIS.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMU and DHFP in conceptual design, development and operationalization of MIS & GIS system to be established under PMU / DIU;
• Assist PMU and DHFP to procure local IT company; and
• Guide and train PMU / DIU staff how to use MIS and GIS.
• Preparation of periodic information / report / presentation etc. as per directions of Project Management Unit.
• Assist PMU for the development of crop distribution in every district through spatial distribution.
• Geo mapping / fencing of cluster to analyse the area of operation
• Geo tagging of the crop wise activity within every project district
• Follow-up with DIUs for submission of data as per frequency of MIS and GIS
• Various geo map development of project site.

Any other work assigned by authorities of project.
