Artech India is looking for Lead - Human Resource to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. The Human Resources is responsible for supporting the HR department in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to :
Responsibilities
- Recruitment and staffing : assist in the sourcing, screening and interviewing of potential candidates.
- Onboarding and orientation : help with the orientation process for new hires and ensure they are properly trained and equipped to perform their jobs.
- Employee relations : handle employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
- Benefits administration : assist with the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
- Compliance : ensure HR policies and practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Performance management : assist with performance evaluations, goal setting, and career development plans for employees.
- Training and development : assist in the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.The Assistant Manager of Human Resources should have a strong knowledge of HR best practices, They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2-6 years of experience in human resources or related field.Strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation in India.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Skills Required
