Brand Environment Design Director

Lead-Store Design is responsible for expansion of Intune Stores all across the country and to maintain look and feel of the stores.

• Spearhead the design development of the store concept, from initial research (location, budgeting and timing) to project execution.
• Involved in the initial phase of the store delivery process, assess new sites for fit and develop layouts, review and comment.
• Responsible and accountable for the successful planning, architectural, interior design, and project management of new build, expand and renovation projects within established budgets, schedules and brand quality standards, in coordination and collaboration with critical stakeholders of the process, as well as external partners.
• Responsible for planning the layout & presentation of the stores across the country & give technical inputs for the projects undertaken.
• Will plan the layout and presentation of the stores across the chain for all Merchandise Selling Areas.
• Ensure that while designing the store the non-selling areas are kept to the minimum.
• Co-ordinate with B&M team to ensure that the layout is suitable for the inventory plan.
• Decide the material & the scheme to be used for the store.
• Work with the projects team to get the interiors executed.
• Decide the fixtures to be used for visual merchandising.
• In case of existing stores, study the stores to find out if any changes are required to be made in the existing store.
• Find out if some changes are to be made to make the store functionally better apart from the aesthetics.
• Will be leading a team of Store planners handling multi-projects across the country for new stores and old stores renovation.
• Monitor the progress of the work and ensure that the planned scheme is executed in the store.
• Ensure development of subordinates, setting KRA’s for individuals and the team, review the performance from time to time.
• will be responsible for completion of store planning and handover to the Project Management team
• will decide the renovation requirements.
• He / she will monitor the progress of the work to ensure that it is as per the plan.
