We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives at AESL. This role is based in English Bazar and is designed for an individual who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand building, digital marketing, campaign management, and customer engagement.

The Senior Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving market penetration, brand visibility, and student acquisition. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong leadership skills to manage and mentor a marketing team, and the ability to translate business goals into impactful marketing & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring consistent messaging across channels.
  • Identify emerging market trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities in the education / test-prep sector.
  • Drive brand positioning, visibility, and differentiation through innovative & Execution
  • Plan, design, and oversee end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground channels.
  • Ensure campaigns are data-driven, measurable, and aligned with student acquisition and retention goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics (ROI, lead generation, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns for better Marketing & Innovation
  • Lead digital initiatives including SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, content marketing, email marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to create engaging, student-centric content across platforms.
  • Explore and implement marketing automation tools and performance marketing Research & Insights
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer behavior analysis to support decision-making.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify student acquisition drivers and recommend strategies for continuous & Team Management
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of marketing professionals to achieve set targets.
  • Coordinate with sales, product, and academic teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with organizational & Experience
  • 4-6 years of proven experience in marketing, with at least 4+ years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.), and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA / PGDM preferred).
  • Prior experience in the education or test-prep sector will be an added advantage.
