Performance Marketing Specialist (Senior Paid Media Manager).

Location : Isha Yoga Centre, Coimbatore.

Experience Required : Minimum 3 years (3-5 years preferred).

Skills & Competencies

  • Expertise in leading Advertising platforms Google & Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Proven experience managing paid ads end-to-end : planning, setup, optimisation, reporting and delivery.
  • Familiarity with landing page design and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) best practices.
  • Ability to craft compelling and persuasive ad copies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Solid understanding of Google Analytics.
  • Bonus : Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, prompting techniques) to generate ad copies, creatives, and content efficiently.
  • Bonus : Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Singular, Tableau, or Mixpanel is a plus.
  • Bonus : Experience with LinkedIn Ads or other platforms is an added advantage (not mandatory).

Role and Responsibilities

  • Play a pivotal role in taking Sadhguru's offerings to a global audience.
  • Collaborate with the paid marketing team to understand campaign objectives and assist in developing and executing strategies across platforms like Google, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Contribute to the development of an overarching paid campaign strategy.
  • Coordinate with team members to define creative requirements, including ad copies for different platforms.
  • Oversee daily campaign activities, including planning, implementation, optimisation, budget management, and reporting.
  • Analyse the performance of online campaigns, conduct reviews with stakeholders, and continuously optimise campaigns to meet and exceed targets.
