About the Role :
Impulse Digital is seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of brand communication across digital platforms. The role involves strategic planning, content direction, client coordination, performance analysis, and team management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies for multiple brands.
- Lead the creation of monthly content calendars and guide the creative and content teams.
- Oversee day-to-day posting, monitoring, and campaign execution across all platforms.
- Analyse performance metrics, identify insights, and share periodic reports with clients.
- Track ongoing trends, new formats, and algorithm updates to strengthen brand presence.
- Coordinate directly with clients to understand expectations and drive alignment.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and ensure timely delivery of all social media activities.
- Manage and mentor social media executives for seamless execution.
- Address and manage online feedback or crisis situations responsibly when needed.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field.6–8 years of experience managing social media for brands, preferably in an agency environment.Strong understanding of platform behavior, analytics tools, and performance optimisation.Proven experience in handling client communication and leading teams.Exceptional writing, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a fast-paced environment.To Apply :
