Role Summary

The Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in identifying, pursuing, and managing business opportunities. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, generating leads, and driving revenue growth by aligning our services with market needs.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition :

Identify potential clients and business opportunities in the film production, advertising, and entertainment industries.

Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and projects.

Relationship Management :

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, production agencies, and other stakeholders.

Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and project requirements.

Market Analysis :

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.

Provide insights to refine service offerings and pricing strategies.

Proposal Development :

Prepare and present compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.

Collaborate with creative and production teams to align proposals with client needs.

Networking :

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company and build a strong industry presence.

Episode Launch Strategy :

Develop and execute strategies for episode launches, including influencer collaborations, promotional campaigns, and repurposing video content into engaging short formats.

Brand Collaboration & Partnerships :

Identify and reach out to relevant brands for strategic collaborations.

Negotiate and close partnership deals that expand reach, create co-branded opportunities, and drive business growth.

Social Media & Content Strategy :

Manage company’s social media channels and oversee content strategy to maximize engagement and visibility.

Collaborate with creative teams to align digital content with business development goals

Qualifications & Skills :

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience :

Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in business development, social media, content

(preferably in the film production or entertainment industry)

• This is a must

Skills :

o Strong communication and negotiation skills.

o Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.

o Familiarity with film production processes and market dynamics is a plus.

Working hours

– 10 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Location :

Santacruz-East (Close to Railway Station)

Probationary Period : 3 Months

Immediate Joiner will be preferred!

Salary Range – Between 30k to 40k

Leave Policy

– 12 Annual leaves in a year that includes National and State Holidays

Food Policy-

Yoga Institute is an Ashram that promotes Satvik and holy living to all. You cannot order food from outside while you are at the institute. Only Vegetarian food is allowed at the Institute. Yoga Institute provides Satvik food to all associates serving with them however if the associate wishes to carry his / her own lunch box, it has to be a vegetarian food. STRICTLY NO NON-VEG food will be allowed in the Institute premises.
