Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a French Language Expert, located in Noida. The French Language Expert will be responsible for translating documents, communicating with French-speaking clients, assisting with customer service inquiries, and supporting the marketing team with language localization efforts. Daily tasks include translating materials, providing customer support, and collaborating with different departments to ensure linguistic accuracy and cultural appropriateness.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English languages (writing, speaking, and reading)
• Translation and interpretation skills
• Experience in customer service
• Cross-cultural communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
• Proficiency in using translation tools and software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor&aposs degree in French, Translation Studies, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the B2B trade industry is a plus
