Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Lawyer based in Bengaluru. The Junior Lawyer will assist in researching legal precedents, drafting legal documents, and managing IP filings and registrations. Tasks include handling client consultations, supporting IP enforcement activities, conducting due diligence, and preparing litigation paperwork. The role also involves assisting in contract review, managing trademark and patent portfolios, and ensuring timely compliance with regulatory procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Intellectual Property laws, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and design protection
• Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and reviewing legal documents
• Skills in managing client relationships and coordinating on IP enforcement actions
• Knowledge of litigation processes and the ability to prepare related documentation
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university
• Internship or coursework in Intellectual Property law is advantageous but not mandatory
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru with commitment to learning and development
