✨ About the Role
We’re looking for an in-house Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor who will live and breathe our brand visuals. From social media videos to product launches and campaign content, you’ll be the creative force ensuring everything we put out moves beautifully and feels unmistakably us.
🎬 What You’ll Do
- Create high-impact motion graphics and video edits for social media, website, ads, and internal content.
- Translate brand guidelines into dynamic, engaging video content across formats.
- Collaborate closely with the social media, marketing, and design teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Edit short-form and long-form videos including reels, product videos, explainers, and ads.
- Add animations, typography, transitions, music, and sound effects with purpose and polish.
- Maintain consistent visual language and quality across all videos.
- Manage multiple projects while respecting timelines and brand priorities.
- Continuously improve our video output by experimenting with new styles, formats, and trends (strategically, not randomly).
🧠 Who You Are
You think in visuals and motion.Strong hands-on experience with tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.You understand platform-first content (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, ads).Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with structured creative workflows.Open to feedback and invested in long-term brand growth.Able to balance creativity with business goals.✅ Nice to Have
Experience working in-house for a brand or with brand guidelines.Knowledge of basic design principles and typography.Understanding of performance-driven content and A / B testing visuals.Experience with D2C or digital-first brands.
